Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Service and applies to every account and agent connection. Médiathèque is a library maintenance tool for collections you own or are licensed to manage.

Do not use the Service to

• process media you do not own or lack rights to manage, including content scraped, pirated, or otherwise obtained in violation of law or platform terms;
• store, index, or distribute illegal content of any kind, including child sexual abuse material (reported to authorities) or content that infringes copyright;
• circumvent technical protection measures, DRM, or access controls of any third-party service;
• harass, defame, or violate the privacy of any person;
• attack, probe, or disrupt the Service or other customers, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system.

Fair use of compute

Compression workloads run on your own hardware. Server-side resources (accounts, review queues, relays) are shared: do not attempt to exceed plan limits or automate abuse of free trials.

Enforcement

We may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Serious violations (illegal content, attacks on the Service) result in immediate termination and, where required, reports to the relevant authorities.
